Big Bang Theory - 'The Egg Salad Equivalency'

Giant Jenga looks like so much fun, but scares the crap out of me - I don't blame Sheldon for wearing a hard hat!
Alex is back! And she has to transcribe all of Sheldon's sleep-talking, in case he says something that would change the world of science! Poor girl! and then she keeps flirting with Leonard who remains oblivious, until he makes the realisation and then knocks over the tower!
Raj is pissed that Alex likes Leonard, because 'I was 6-8 months away from making my move!'
Sheldon is also pissed about the situation, not because Leonard has a girlfriend, but because Leonard is taking her attention away from his own work. He turns to Penny, Bernie and Amy, who he dubs his 'Council of Ladies' and gives them an incredibly detailed description of some people whose names he makes up (how come every time he creates a character they have red hair?!) but sound exactly like himself, Leonard and Alex lol. Penny of course sees through it right away and gets mad, first at Alex, then at Leonard because Sheldon says he's loving the attention and 'strutting around like he's 5'6!'
According to Sheldon's dad, 'A woman is like an egg-salad sandwich on a warm Texas summer day - full of eggs and only appealing for a short time.' Yaaay sexism! -.-
Sheldon gives Alex a talking-to and suggests that she resist her urges by looking at an illustrated book of STDs. EWWWW and her face is hilarious tho haha. It's like the O.O face, but on an actual human.
So, understandably, Alex makes a complaint to the human resourses department and Sheldon has to go meet with them, but (shockingly) only makes things worse!! And ends up getting all his friends called in for meetings with the HR department!
Leonard makes Penny forgive him by sitting outside her apartment door with his cello singing (to the tune of 'London Bridge') 'I'm sorry Alex hit on me, hit on me, hit on me, sorry Alex hit on me, I'd no idea I'm cute' AWWW hahahha!!! So she forgives him and admits that she feels insecure, because she has to go home and look up things in the dictionary after they talk haha poor girl.
Sheldon ends up having to take a sexual harassment seminar online. And then makes Alex take it for him because his time is too important to waste on such things.
Penny got nerd glasses and said 'molecules' and that makes Leonard all excited LMAO I guess he won't be thinking about Alex for a while...
