NCIS:LA - 'Skin Deep'

Hey everyone!
I just realised that as of right now (9:00 on November 20th) my blog is 10 hits away from having 3000 page views!! Yaay!! Sorry, I still haven't posted the CSI blog from last week (hopefully I'll be able to do that before the new episode tomorrow), and I haven't posted this week's HIMYM blog either, but I have watched that episode I just have to finish writing it. So thanks for your patience, and as always, thanks for reading! :)
Alrighty, an SUV and an ambulance are driving along a road, the SUV swerves in front of the ambulance and cuts it off, then the driver hops out and shoots the driver of the ambulance (damn, I hate when cops and EMTs are killed on TV, they're just trying to save people's lives, it seems so insensitive :( ) and then he walks around to the back and shoots the other paramedic and pulls out a knife and does something to the patient in the back (probably kills him too) and then leaves. And a GENIUS bystander who happened to be behind a parked car filmed the whole thing on his phone and then ducked down beside his car so the killer wouldn't see him.
Deeks is picking up lunch and Sam is not happy, he wants shrimp curry, and apparently Deeks also likes Donny & Marie lol.. He comes backwith some kind of fancy PB&J sandwich so they all race for the last 2 slices of pizza left over from the day before (which Eric beat them too hahaha attaboy)
Alright that bystander is less of a genius than I thought, he didn't send it to the police or anything, he posted it online. Great. The patient's name was Stone, and he'd been in critical condition from a random car accident when the ambulance was attacked.
Kensi and Deeks talk to the coroner (Deeks goes on and on about how delicious liver is - EW), and they find out that the killer had used the knife to remove something that was implanted in Stone, which they doscover was some kind of high-tech communications device that 'could be dangerous if it falls into the hands of our enemies'. Of course. Why couldn't the guy have just been harvesting tissue or something less ominous??
Because that's not how we operate.

(I know it's the wrong show, but that phrase just asked for Caine.)
Stone was supposedly on his way to London for a conference, but his flight stopped in Istanbul. Which Hetty the geographer points out is right next to Iran, so therefore he was obviously on his way to sell the technology on the black market. When Sam and Callen go to his apartment, they find pain medication which would be prescribed for a small operation, such as the one which would have implanted the fancy technology.
Eric is a genius, so he's able to immediately track the guy who posted the video online, it's a highschool dropout named Lance. Kensi and Deeks go to his apartment and he's not there, but there's a bunch of surfing paraphenalia, leading Kensi to make the astute observation 'he's a surfer' haha.
Callen and Sam go to track down the doctor who had prescribed Stone's pain medication, and they track his car to the parking lot of his golf club to his golf club (which leads Sam to say that it's the silliest sport ever invented haha and my grandpa would never forgive me for this, but I kind of agree with that statement...) They go to look for his grey Prius, and the lot is full of them LMAO! The find it using the liscence plate, and the doctor's in the car, dead.
Some suspicious Iranian guy has shown up in L.A., and they still haven't found the Lance kid, so Deeks and Kensi have to go undercover haha and she's hopeless with the surfer lingo. Deeks gets beat up by a famous surfer dude named Sonny, who he apparently idolised and he sweet-talks him into giving him and interview. Then they 'bump into' Kensi at the bar and he hits on her (buying her a super-expensive drink) and Hetty says 'let's not blow the entire case budget on the first hour, shall we? I think I'm going to have to move the decimal point on your next paycheck.'

You don't mess with Hetty's budget!
Dead end when Callen and Sam follow up on the Iranian guy's credit card, and then Lance walks into the bar they're in, but there is trouble, because a random drunk guy who Deeks arrested once recognises him, so Kensi punches Deeks and Deeks punches the random guy, and Lance runs. We return from the commercial break and the whole bar is fighting. They track the van that Lance escaped in to a hippie commune, and another random guy recognises Deeks because, 'You look like that guy from Scooby Doo, man!' They find Lance and a bunch of people getting high in a shed and when they arrest him the same hippie goes 'woah, bad karma, Shaggy!' ahaha gotta love old hippies.
Lance says that when he filmed the video, he followed the killer to his home. They go there and there are a bunch of Latino thugs outside drinking and blasting music and they all scatter when the agents come at them, but they get their man, like always!!
The bad guy has possibly the most Latino name ever, 'Juan Martinez', but he had an alibi, so Lance 'was playing us' says Sam. And then they all glare at him.
They interrogate him again, and he starts rambling which they realise as quotes from random conspiracy theory books lol and then he begs to talk to Sonny, the famous surfer guy - then Eric calls and says that he was found shot to death in Malibu. Woah, I did not see that coming. Callen and Lance bond over being foster kids, and Lance says that he'd shown Sonny the video and they'd decided to use it to blackmail the killer, but only uploaded part of it to the website, and this guy clearly killed Sonny. Lance had led them to the wrong guy so that Sonny could meet up with the guy to get money from him.
They discover who the killer is, based off facial recognition on the video (this would have been easier if they'd uploaded the whole thing in the first place!), and they figure out where the Iranian guy is going to make the trade with the killer. Eric does something clever with a computer and turns all the lights red on the route ahahahahaha so that he doesn't get there in time. Our agents and the killer have a shootout in a pottery workshop, and they get the device. Hooray!
After solving such a stressful case, what is the natural thing to do next? Go surfing! And of course, Kensi is way better at it than Deeks!!
And I just realised, they never wrapped up the plot from the last 2 episodes - someone out there still has a bunch of nukes on US soil!! Not good! Get on that, people!!
